Gary Keller's vast experience ranges from Bradfield Roofing, 1975-1978 where he gained a vast experience installing various types of roofing, hot tar, composition and shake shingles, rolled roofing, and tile. Promoted to crew Forman for hot tar crew.
From there Mr. Keller worked for the Conduit Construction Co, 1978-1981. This is where his experience was enhanced by installing various types of underground improvements, consisting of sewer, water and dry utilities. He also operated various types of heavy equipment, wheel loaders, excavators, skip loaders, compaction equipment, skid steers.
Working for Shapell Industries of San Diego 1981-1988, Mr. Keller gained extensive Customer Service Representative responsibles for Home Owner walkthroughs, Quality Control, Home Prep, and completion of walk through items for over 400 midrise condos and 100 single family homes. Close interface with consumers. He then became the Assistant Superintendent of construction for 350 midrise condos. His duties also consisted of construction purchasing and subcontractor negotiations.
From there, Mr. Keller worked for Sunland Housing (Radnor Corp.) 1988-1995. This allowed him to become the Construction Superintendent for 182 single family homes in the Colton California are. His duties consisted of all construction scheduling and quality control for site. Supervision of Customer Service staff. He also reported weekly construction progress. As an offsite superintendent for 500 acre Vail Ranch project, his work experience consisted of field supervision of grading, underground improvements, street improvements, park construction, and budget mock ups for partial sell offs.
From 1998-2002, Gary Keller worked for Centex Homes (Inland Empire Division). He was the offsite superintendent responsible for construction scheduling and construction of all grading, underground improvements, street improvements, park construction, and budget revisions.
Mr. Keller also owns and maintains GLK Construction as we encourage you to see some of our completed projects.
Currently, Gary Keller is a part of the Temecula Valley Erosion Control, Inc. as the owner of Temecula valley Erosion Control. From there he started the erosion control company. This allows for real hands on supervision and training of all staff. Company yearly gross of $3.5 million.
